Euclid mission

Video Work (3D Animation with Audio-Reactive System) | 2023

Euclid Mission is a video work that translates cosmological concepts from the European Space Agency’s Euclid mission into a frequency-based audiovisual system. The work engages with ideas of dark energy and dark matter as structural references for sound–image relationships.

The work is structured around three fixed low frequencies: 5 Hz, 25 Hz, and 70 Hz. These tones generate changes in motion, light, and spatial organisation within a 3D animated environment.

The visual system consists of abstract cosmic forms, layered light structures, and dark spatial fields. Each frequency produces distinct patterns of transformation, shaping movement, scale, and depth through direct sound–image correlation.

The numerical values correspond conceptually to the ΛCDM model’s distribution of ordinary matter, dark matter, and dark energy (approximately 5%, 25%, and 70%). In this work, they function as compositional parameters structuring audiovisual transformation instead of scientific representation.
